Dear Patients,

Due to the rising cost of our current Electronic Health Record system, we have switched from Practice Fusion to a new system, effective 6/1/2018. We expect to see a number of improvements with the change, including a more reliable message system. Unfortunately, due to the change, we will no longer have access to the Patient Fusion portal and will be unable to respond to any messages sent through Patient Fusion. We are sending out invitations to our new portal with ChARM Health Records. Once you receive the e-mail (be sure to check your spam folders!), simply follow the prompts to activate your account. If you are having trouble, or have not gotten a response to a message in a timely fashion, please don’t hesitate to call or e-mail the front desk.
