Our practitioners are all accepting new patients, and we’d love to have you be a patient at our clinic.

Insurance All doctors at our clinic accept:

Premera, Regence, BCBS, Lifewise, Anthem, Kaiser PPO, First Choice​​

Patients with out of network plans can be provided with a superbill to self submit to your insurance for reimbursement

We do not verify insurance. Most insurance companies have a comprehensive list of contracted providers for each plan on their website. We always ask patients to check with their insurance company first to make sure the provider you want to see is in your network and that naturopathic or acupuncture is covered by your plan.

We offer an out-of-pocket discount price payable at time of service for patients without an in network plan. We can provide you with a SuperBill so you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

NEW PATIENT CHECKLIST:

New patients must schedule a New Patient Appointment before booking any other appointment types.

We ask all new patients also book a 45-minute follow-up about 3 weeks after their first visit to ensure we can follow up in a timely manner.

Your appointment is not considered booked until you receive an appointment confirmation AND you have completed all the questionnaires in the CHARM patient portal, including saving a card on file.
