Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on therapy that helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and support whole-body healing.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) uses light touch to work with the membranes, fascia, and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. When stress, injury, or inflammation restricts this system, it can lead to headaches, neck pain, jaw tension, fatigue, and nervous system overwhelm. CST helps restore ease and balance so the body can self-regulate more effectively.
What a Session Feels Like
Sessions take place fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table. Most people describe CST as deeply relaxing. The touch is extremely light, usually no more than a quarter’s weight, - no forceful adjustments or pressure.

During your visit, your practitioner will:
• Place hands at points like the sacrum, spine, diaphragm, or head
• Observe where the body feels tight, guarded, or restricted
• Use soft, sustained contact to encourage tissues to unwind
• Support the release of tension held in fascia, membranes, and the central nervous system

After our initial assessment with you, there is often very little talking as the practitioner works. You may experience warmth, gentle movement, soft pulsations, images or a sense of letting go. Many patients enter a meditative or restorative state during treatment.
