Her Approach:

Dr. Minoff provides a balanced approach to Family Medicine. She uses conventional medicine, evidence-based natural therapies, and acupuncture to help her patients achieve their health goals.

Educating patients about their health – and the lifestyle choices they are making – is an important part of Dr. Minoff’s practice. She collaborates with patients to identify the underlying causes of their health issues, encouraging them to play an active role in re-establishing exceptional health while enjoying a high quality of life. Therapies are aimed at stimulating the vital force within each individual to encourage the body to heal. Modalities commonly used include acupuncture, diet and lifestyle interventions, botanical medicines, and nutritional therapy.

Dr. Minoff is a member of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She holds a post-graduate certificate in pediatric acupuncture – obtained from Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine – and she has been certified in the treatment of thyroid disorders by the Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine. She is an N.C.C.A.O.M. diplomate in acupuncture and completed her undergraduate B.A. at Cornell University.

Dr. Minoff lives and plays in Northeast Seattle, with her husband and her dog. Outside of work, she can be found playing soccer, doing hot yoga, running, or hanging out with friends and family.
