Telemedicine Appointments

To comply with the CDC recommendations and to protect our patients, doctors, and office staff, we will be switching ALL patient visits to telemedicine or phone through the end of April. We will continually reevaluate this and comply with the authorities.

If you haven’t already, you will be receiving a call from our staff to change your appointment over to a Zoom telemedicine appointment. Our staff will help you set up this free online system; as a reminder, telemedicine is covered by most insurance plans.

If you have an acupuncture appointment, B12 shot, or IV injection, Drs. Jena and Melissa will be making case by case determination on your appointment based on symptoms. If you feel you physically need to see the doctor or need a B12 shot, please call our office. Drs. Jena and Melissa will review your situation and make the best determination for everyone.

We will still be in the office to serve your needs! Telemedicine will replace office visits for both chronic and acute issues for the time being. Supplements can be shipped to you, or prepared by our staff and available for you to pick up outside the office door.

If you are looking for help with ways to support yourself and loved ones during this time, please contact our office and we can set you up with a plan for your specific needs via telemedicine with one of our doctors.
